The minimum for FREE US Shipping will increase to $70, orders under $70 will be charged a flat $10.
Due to rising shipping costs and VAT requirements, shipping to International locations is no longer available until we can charge weight based shipping which is on the road map for 2022. Please remain on the shop newsletter to be informed of updates to this policy.
I'm very sorry to have to exclude customers but it's just not possible for me as a small business to provide shipping to international locations at this time.

Order processing and shipping for orders placed from 02/08-current will be delayed due to power outage and extreme weather conditions in the Houston area. I will continue to communicate any changes in this status via social media (Instagram or Facebook) and the A-List newsletter. If you placed an order on 02/08 or later and have not received a shipping confirmation, then your order is still in queue to be processed and shipped. I'm putting a plan in place to get caught up once this storm passes and I appreciate your patience and support during this trying time.
Orders of alcohol ink of any kind (Copic refills, Ranger Alcohol Inks, etc.) will be charged for USPS Parcel Select Ground shipping. This will be noted in your cart at time of check out. If you have any questions, just drop me a line through the Contact Us page. Alcohol Inks can only be shipping via ground within North America and will take several days longer to arrive due to the transport type.
01/26/2021 UK Orders Suspended Pending VAT Registration
As of 01/26/2021, we are unable to fill orders placed by UK residents, pending my VAT Registration. Orders from UK residents placed prior to 01/26/2021 will be filled per our shop policies.

As of today, 12/21/2020, orders continue to leave Piece Craft Love within the 3 business day promised time frame. A shipping notification is sent with a tracking number. It does not appear that tracking numbers are being updated in real time and it may appear that your order is "stuck" somewhere. Once the order leaves the Piece Craft Love store with the mailman, I do not receive any additional tracking information about your order other than what is available on the USPS website. If for some reason there is a delay in sending your order out from my store, I will always contact you to let you know before you are sent any sort of shipping information. Thank you for your continued support of the store and your patience with slow delivery times during this holiday season.
Here is the response directly from Ranger Industries about the Speckled Egg Distress Ink:
"We are sorry for the trouble with your Distress Ink Pads. All products are inspected before shipping, but it’s possible that an insufficient amount of adhesive was applied beneath the pad during production.
You can reattach the pad to the base using Crazy Glue (or any other strong adhesive-Gorilla Glue, Loctite Professional Super Glue). Wipe off any ink that may be on the base, and dab-off the bottom of the ink pad. Then, follow the instructions for applying the glue and the recommended drying time before using the ink pad."
It has come to my attention that a batch of the Distress Ink - Speckled Egg (NOT Oxide Ink) is defective. This is an issue that will be impacting retailers across the board but Ranger is aware of the issue.
If you find that a product is defective and it was not sold AS IS, please contact me through the Contact Us link and let me know right away.
I will do what I can to address this issue as quickly as possible.
Refund on Incomplete Orders: We do our best to keep the inventory on the website current and accurate but occasionally the numbers are incorrect. As of 07/01, I will issue a refund for any item that is not available in order to ship your order within the 3 business day turn around. I have updated the Terms and Conditions to reflect this difference.
Shipping Update (03/24/2020)
Today we will be shipping out approximately 90% of orders placed from 01/01/2020 through now (yes, there are some from before we purchased the company in February) and if you ordered from us, you WILL receive a shipping notification OR a status email if we do not have all of your order in stock.
You're always welcome to contact us about your order, but as long as you received an order confirmation and have not received a shipping confirmation, please just consider it in queue at this point.
Of course, just when I thought I was in a good routine, our world was kind of flipped because of COVID-19 (schedules changed dramatically around here).
Your continued patience is appreciated as things can change again at a moment's notice.
