Unfortunately, due to rising postage costs international shipping is not available at this time, we are working to enter actual wrights for our products which will allow us to provide weight based shipping but that is not anticipated to be ready until 2022.

Due to the changes in VAT collection we are currently unable to ship to the UK and EU. As a small business it has been difficult to work through the necessary documentation. We are working on it and will update this note when we have the ability to collect and distribute the VAT to these two regions.

Shipping Times:

12/10/2021 - It may take a little longer for orders to SHIP out due to the SUCCESSFUL Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales! At this time, it is taking roughly 5-7 business days to get orders shipped. Thank you for your patience as I work to get everything shipped ASAP.

During NON-Peak season (Hmm, when is that?) the majority of orders ship out in 3-5 business days. 

November-January, order processing may be longer due to limited staff (me, it's pretty much just me)

    Shipping Notification

    A shipping notification is sent when the order is shipped, it will include a tracking number.

    If your email service has a SPAM blocker it might block the order confirmation and shipping notification. Feel free to reach out if you did not receive an order confirmation message once you placed your order.


    Return and Exchanges:

    We accept accept returns and exchanges of unused/unopened or defective merchandise, except those items purchased in the CLEARANCE section.

    All sales on CLEARANCE items are final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. If, after initial inspection, any product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it in unused condition, in original packaging within 7 days for exchange or full credit.

    All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise. Refunds for returned items are issued within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned product.

    Please obtain permission and a Return Authorization before returning any goods by contacting us through the Contact Us page.

    I make every effort to ensure that the product you receive is what you ordered, occasionally there may be clerical errors which cause the image and the description to not match up. If that is the case for something you've ordered, I will ship what I have that matches on the SKU for the item. 

    We are not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse.

    Other Shipping Charges:

    Due to Copic policies, Copic Markers may only be shipped within the United States and Canada, excluding the island of Oahu. Special shipping requests may incur additional shipping charges.

    Additional charges will be incurred for purchases of Alcohol Inks which must be shipped via Ground only, so may only be shipped within the US.



    USPS has the following changes to their service:

    • Some USPS post offices are closed (so far this has not impacted the local PO for Piece Craft Love)
    • USPS is not shipping to certain countries.
    • There are delays in USPS mail and package deliveries to and from certain countries.
    • As of February 10, 2020, there is a temporary suspension of the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International destined for China and Hong Kong SAR China.
